Commercial durability with the added flexibility sometimes needed on the playground. Post is 4 1/2" O.D. galv. steel schedule 40 tubing.The extension arm is attached to the vertical post using too heavy duty U-bolts. Though considered a fixed goal, the rim height can be adjusted by loosening the U-bolts and sliding the system down, and re-securing the U-bolts at the new height.
